Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want every family to feel safe registering. This policy explains when you can get your money back for the AI Champions League entry fee and the optional 2-day live workshop, and how long it takes. It applies to payments made on ai4skool.com.

2-day live workshop add-on (₹999)
RefundFull refund if you ask at least 48 hours before the first session starts.
Not refundableNo refund once the workshop is within 48 hours of starting or has started. A replay is included for registered participants.
Duplicate or failed payment
RefundRefunded in full, no questions asked.
Not refundableFailed payments are normally returned to your account automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days.
Event cancelled or postponed by AI4Skool
RefundFull refund, or a free transfer to the new dates if you prefer.
Not refundableNot applicable.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@ai4skool.com from the address you registered with.
- Put your Registration ID in the subject line. You will find it in your confirmation email.
- Tell us which payment you want refunded (entry fee, workshop, or both) and the reason.
You can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 87923 79995. We reply within 2 working days.
When you will receive the money
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the same method you paid with (UPI, card or netbanking). We start the refund within 3 working days of approving it. Your bank then usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it, so most families see the money within about 10 days of asking.
Other things to know
- A refunded registration is cancelled, and your child will no longer be able to submit an entry.
- Prizes, trophies and certificates are not payable or exchangeable for cash.
- If you are unhappy for any reason that is not covered above, write to us anyway. We review every request individually and will always try to find a fair solution.
- This policy may be updated from time to time. The version on this page when you paid applies to your payment.
